Sara is a Hawai'i-based creative adventurer, storyteller, and freelance writer. A 3-time Ironman Lake Placid finisher, she also crossed the finish line of the Boston Marathon in 2014… wearing a tutu. Today, Sara thrives on using the power of the written word to inspire other endurance athletes, runners, and outdoor enthusiasts. She lives in Kona with her husband and in her free time, Sara helps him coach high school cross-country and fills her phone with photos of their three rescue cats.
